AnywhereMD E-Consult allows you to schedule and seek advice from our roster of licensed doctors any time through teleconference or videoconference. It also provides an online facility for paying your doctor through various payment channels and gateways like (insert list of payment channels and gateways here). Whenever applicable and as the doctor you consult will deem necessary, AnywhereMD E-Consult also allows you to receive an e-Prescription and/or e-Lab request through the platform, which you can print or save on your device to show to your selected pharmacy or laboratory for fulfillment. AnywhereMD E-Consult also stores and tracks your medical information confidentially, so any doctor you wish to have access to the medical information can immediately have the information at their fingertips.

While AnywhereMD E-Consult does not make any guarantee that persons in their platform are licensed physicians in good standing, AnywhereMD E-Consult conducts rigorous due diligence in vetting the standing of any person that applies to be part of AnywhereMD E-Consult’s roster of doctors. This due diligence inquiry may include but not be limited to reference and background checks, asking for their Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license and other educational and professional credentials and interviews our customer representatives.

The consultation rate is set by the doctors. As such, the consultation rate varies per doctor.

• First you must create an account for new patients or log in to your account if you are a returning patient.
• Open your account profile.
• Click on the Schedule a Teleconsult button.
• Choose your preferred time and date.
• Then choose a doctor from our roster of specialist viewing the doctor’s profile information.
• Make Sure to check and agree to the agree to the terms and conditions tick box of AnywhereMD E-Consult.
• Click the “Schedule Teleconsult” button.
• You will then be asked to proceed to the Payment Page to confirm your selected schedule.

We cannot guarantee the availability of any of our physicians at any given time. However, AnywhereMD E-Consult is one of the fastest growing teleconsultation and our roster of doctors is increasing rapidly, and the probability that there is a doctor for your needs at any given hour of day is becoming higher.

AnywhereMD E-Consult receives your personal information in order to ensure and verify your identity and secure your account. We also provide the necessary personal details to our selected doctor to give them the necessary information to verify so they can provide you the best medical advice possible.

For prepaid consultation option, once you have paid the transaction and consultation fee and uploaded the proof of payment to your “Consultation Page”, Your selected Physician will then confirm your Teleconsult Appointment and AnywhereMD E-Consult will send you email and SMS alerts to the email address and phone number you provided in your Personal Details. You will receive a push notification via text and email of your schedule, and you will be reminded of your teleconsult appointment 1 week, 1 day and 2 hours before your schedule.

For-post consultation payment option, AnywhereMD E-Consult will send you email and SMS alerts to the email address and phone number you provided in your Personal Details pending approval from your chosen doctor. Once approved, you will receive a push notification via text and email of your schedule, and you will be reminded of your teleconsult appointment 1 week, 1 day and 2 hours before your schedule.

No. Anywhere M.D is not a replacement for face-to-face or physical medical consultation nor a platform for emergency cases. AnywhereMD E-Consult merely provides a platform to allow patients and their doctors to interact in a virtual space in a safe and confidential manner.

For patients who are in an emergency medical condition, please go to the nearest hospital.

You may request your doctor for a medical certificate at an additional cost, however, it would be at the discretion of the doctor if the issuance is appropriate. It is best to make this request prior to the appointment date by selecting this tick box in the appointment details of our platform.

Yes. You may enroll your dependents under your account, as a separate sub-account that can only access AnywhereMD E-Consult through your main account and through your help as the primary account owner.

• To change your password, login to your account here.

• Under Password Management, enter your new password.

Please make sure you have a working internet connection with at least 2mbps speed and your access device is sufficiently charged or connected to power. Dress appropriately for this consult. Make your environment conducive for you consult. Eliminate noise and possible interruptions from others. Set aside sufficient time, at least 30 minutes for your teleconsultation. You may prepare a list of questions you have for your selected doctor so you can efficiently proceed with the teleconsultation. Please prepare appropriately for your doctor as your doctor will prepare for you.

AnywhereMD has a NO REFUND and NON-TRANSFERABLE Policy for both the CONSULTATION FEE and the TRANSACTION FEE for CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS. Except for NO SHOW by MD.

As a general rule, cancellations are not entitled to refund, however, refund of payment of consultation fee are a matter of agreement between the doctor and the patient except in cases wherein there is failure on the part of the MD to attend to an appointment which was previously confirmed by the MD. In which case, Anywhere MD shall refund the amounts paid by the patient to facilitate the process and shall bill the MD the corresponding amount plus any penalty as provided in the terms and conditions.
